Water-borne coating using a specially designed high temperature resins with specific ceramic compounds to provide a non-conductive block against heat transfer.
Hot Pipe Coating was designed for applications whose temperature exposures falls below 370°C. With specific application procedures temperatures as high as 500 °C can be reached. The coating can be applied to metal, concrete, masonry and wood. The coating is safe, non-flammable and non-toxic. Coating based solutions for insulation provides benefits over conventional solutions e.g. decreased condensation problems, decreased space requirements, and freedom of form.
